Yep, this has got to be the most troublesome dragon I have ever drawn. 
I ripped out two pages from my sketchbook trying to find the perfect pose for Thermopolis, until I finally got it, and managed to make him look quite regal. 
I like how awesome his neck scales came out, I will never make perfect scales like these again 
Anyways, since he's a wyvern, I had to make sure his body was proportionate without front legs, and I think I made it look pretty nice.
